‘Your day to day’
The Commercial Deployment Senior Team Lead will manage a team of specialists performing back-office activities, to ensure speed and flawless execution/resolution of Sales requirements and system-related topics. It will require constant alignment with various stakeholders in the Markets/Functions and OC for implementation and gathering insights to reach business objectives and strive towards a smoke-free future.
Accountabilities
- Acts as Commercial Deployment Leader to actively contribute to the key business decisions for short and long-term strategies in the responsibility area. Ensures flawless delivery of operational daily/weekly/monthly commercial tasks by periodic business result and critical business and consumer KPI tracking.
- Takes the lead of related commercial activities with a holistic responsibility of commercial initiatives from ideation to go-live. Generates business insights and identify actionable opportunities. Ensures the necessary analysis & reviews are done in order to support the development of commercial strategies.
- Actively contributes to the formulation of commercial strategies as a subject matter expert, and coaches others on any topic in his / her commercial expertise.
- Collaborates with multiple business functions simultaneously, including Global Teams, Markets & All Key Stakeholders. Coordinates the alignment among these parties to improve the business with a high level of project & stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
- Drives the project optimizations by continuously analyzing performance of commercial initiatives taken under the responsible area to eliminate possible miscommunication and to maximize improvement opportunities. Drives continuous improvement initiatives to ensure process standardization, digitalization and transformation.
- Prepares and follow the budget of the responsible area and effectively tracks the progress against OB targets.
- Organize, manage and control the work of the team, motivate people and encourage their professional growth using training and other forms of career development tools. Develop business acumen and career progression of team members.
Who we’re looking for:
- University degree, preferably in Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Commercialization or related;
- Fluent/advanced (both written/spoken) in English and Portuguese (mandatory);
- Rich experience (5+ years) in business processes with focus on Commercial - have extensive knowledge of sales processes and sales systems;
- Proven experience in people management (2+years);
- Strong social, organizational, problem-solving, results delivery and presentation skills;
- Highly oriented to customers, and high level of critical and analytical skills to manage daily support situations and self-management capacity;
- Project management skills is a plus;
- Proficient in handling MS Office.
