Your Day to Day
As an Instructional Designer, you will design and deliver high-impact learning experiences to support capability building across B2B and B2C audiences.
You will:
- Design and develop interactive learning solutions (online trainings, videos, manuals, infographics, quizzes)
- Apply instructional design methodologies to enhance engagement, retention, and effectiveness
- Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored content
- Manage end-to-end training projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards
- Analyze feedback and KPIs to continuously improve learning solutions
- Support the planning and production of training materials aligned with commercial cycles
- Drive standardization and process improvements
- Contribute to capability-related initiatives and projects
Who we’re looking for
- University degree or advanced studies in Marketing, HR, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or similar
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design or training development
- Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Portuguese is a plus
- Experience influencing stakeholders across teams, with strong attention to detail, delivery focus, and a continuous improvement and innovation mindset.
- Instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, Design Thinking)
- Learning experience design (e-learning, blended, in-person)
- Tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, LMS, Adobe Premiere/Illustrator, Canva, Vyond, Synthesia, PowerPoint, Clipchamp
- AI tools usage for content creation
- Strong MS 365 skills with focus in MS Excel
