Your day to day
- Build, test, and launch B2C email campaigns and consumer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) following approved templates, naming conventions, and QA standards.
- Create and maintain audience segments and data extensions; apply suppression logic, frequency governance, and consent/preferences to ensure compliant targeting.
- Manage the CRM execution calendar: coordinate intake, approvals, timelines, and pre‑send checks with Marketing, Legal/Privacy, CRM Ops, and other stakeholders.
- Implement A/B testing and consistent data tagging/UTMs; monitor performance and recommend optimization actions for engagement, conversion, and deliverability.
- Support journey automation and recurring processes using Journey Builder and Automation Studio; where relevant, apply AMPscript/SQL for personalization and data operations.
- Maintain platform hygiene: role‑based access, sender authentication, Reply Mail Management (RMM), and data retention/contact deletion in line with company standards.
- Troubleshoot issues, manage tickets (incidents/changes), and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, templates, and governance.
- Produce operational reports and concise post‑send readouts; partner with Analytics on KPI reviews and next‑best‑action recommendations.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure brand consistency, compliance, and consumer data protection across all CRM activities.
Who we’re looking for
- University degree or advanced student, preferably in Digital Business, Administration, Economics, Marketing or Commercialization.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills English, Portuguese will be an asset.
- Strong customer orientation, social, organizational, and problem solving skills; results and quality oriented with high attention to detail.
- Hands on experience with SFMC (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder); familiarity with Automation Studio, AMPscript, SQL, Contact Builder is a plus. Understanding of B2C CRM principles, consent management, and deliverability best practices.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint); dashboard/BI familiarity is a plus.
- Expected certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
- A very good understanding of the Commercial & Marketing business and Digital Tools cycles is a plus.
