WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

 

  • University degree in Supply Chain, Trade, Economics or other relevant
  • 10+ experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Commercial or similar environment plus 6+ experience in managing people
  • Previous background in Supply Chain, Commercial and/ or Finance, preferably in running day to day operations, supervising team and managing relationship with internal/ external stakeholders
  • Comprehensive experience in running the processes and systems related operations to service customers in FMCG/ international company

 

 

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US

  • Deliver on the regional business case agreed with the region. Work with regional and local teams to deploy operations.
  • Drive excellence in execution of the service catalog by lifting and shifting services and transforming over time through enhanced processes and automation. The focus should be not only to deliver efficiencies but also to improve effectiveness for the business.
  • A key deploy component is to collaborate with global functions designing data driven  supply chain processes and implement these into the business structures.
  • This role works with a team of colleagues, based in various service  & operations hub(s) across the globe to execute day to day operations support activities in a way that optimizes customer satisfaction & expectations while providing PMI  with a strategic advantage and builds customer growth.
  • Work with the teams, finding solutions to operational problems. Helping to accelerate growth, market share and/or profitability, optimizing cost by helping colleagues better understand relationships between current operations and outcomes and identifying incremental benefits. 
  • Responsible for ensuring execution of the business case, creating overall value for the regional team while developing a high achieving team mentality and maintaining high eNPS levels.
  • Building a Creative and Independent Culture. Being effective at evaluating new opportunities. In addition, giving teams a high degree of autonomy to achieve digital supply chain market benefits.
  • Support team growth through exemplar leadership skills, developing the teams, structuring best in class design organization.
  • Be the COE lead for specialized workstreams by upgrading knowledge on subject together with SC COE teams and disseminating them to GBS SC organization (lead the setting of standard work processes and specialization strategy roadmap)
