The BI Developer is responsible for converting complex business data into clear, actionable insights that support commercial decision-making, performance management, and strategic planning. This role designs, develops, and maintains scalable dashboards, reports, and data models, with a strong focus on data quality, usability, and business relevance. The position requires hands-on expertise in Power BI, strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and products, and the ability to translate business requirements into reliable analytics solutions.

 

Your day to day

 

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards in Power BI for business and commercial teams
  • Extract, model, and analyze data from multiple sources, including Salesforce and other enterprise platforms
  • Build and manage robust data models, semantic layers and measures to ensure consistent and scalable reporting
  • Work with Salesforce objects such as Accounts, Contacts, Retail Stores, Activities, Action plan templates, and relevant custom objects for analytics use cases
  • Support reporting and analytics across Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and, when applicable, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud
  • Develop data transformation and integration logic using SQL, Power Query, and ETL/ELT best practices to prepare clean datasets for analysis
  • Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and monitor report performance, refresh processes, and data reliability
  • Optimize dashboards and data models for usability, performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Document data sources, business rules, metric definitions, and technical logic to ensure transparency and continuity
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate recurring analyses, and enhance decision-making through better data visibility

 

Who we are looking for

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also acceptable
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data-focused roles, ideally in multinational, commercial, or FMCG environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and report performance optimization
  • Knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce data and reporting, including strong understanding of standard and custom objects, relationships, hierarchies, and CRM processes
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is required
  • Experience integrating Salesforce data with external BI environments and combining CRM data with other business sources for end-to-end reporting
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data quality controls, refresh scheduling, access/security considerations, and documentation standards
  • Advanced English level
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Business-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand requirements end to end and convert them into practical, high-quality analytics solutions
  • Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning
