We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our Platform Security Engineering team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about cybersecurity and identity management who want to grow their technical skills in a collaborative environment. You will assist in implementing and supporting IAM solutions that help secure access to systems and applications across the organization.

 

Your Day to Day 

  • Assist in configuring and maintaining IAM solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Support identity lifecycle processes such as user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Help integrate IAM tools with enterprise applications and directories.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving basic IAM-related issues.
  • Contribute to documentation of processes, workflows, and technical configurations.
  • Learn and apply AI-driven automation concepts to improve identity workflows.
  • Collaborate with team members and other IT groups to ensure secure and compliant access management.

 

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2 years of experience in IAM, IT security, or related technical roles. Internship or academic project experience is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, or similar directory services.
  • Exposure to scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
  • Interest in learning IAM tools (e.g., Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID).
  • Awareness of security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to teamwork, innovation, and an inclusive culture.

Preferred Qualifications (as a plus):

  • Experience with automation or AI-based tools in any capacity.
