Position Title:  Analyst AR Management (Fixed term 6 months)

As part of our Global Business Services organization, this role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, compliant and efficient Order to Cash / Accounts Receivable processes, while collaborating with stakeholders across markets.

Your day to day

• Support daily Accounts Receivable (O2C) activities and transactional processing.
• Assist with reconciliation and application of customer payments.
• Monitor customer accounts and support basic collections and aging analysis.
• Help prepare standard reports related to AR performance, bad debts and write-offs.
• Support bank reconciliations and payment postings.
• Assist in identifying and escalating issues in the process, following defined procedures.
• Ensure activities are performed in line with company policies and controls.
• Support documentation, knowledge transfer and basic process updates.
• Participate in system improvements initiatives and support UAT activities when required.

Who we’re looking for

• A professional with a university or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in an international environment.
• Experience managing communication with customers.
• Solid experience in Order to Cash (OTC) processes, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Strong system proficiency, with basic understanding of SAP.
• Advanced skills in MS Office tools.
• Ability to navigate and analyze information through Power BI reports.
• Be available to work on this role for a period of 6 months.
