Senior P&ED Specialist - HR Operations

We are looking for a new colleauge to our P&ED Team to handle exciting tasks related to HR operations!
Main responsibilities:
- Being the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding any employee related operative topics like time and attendance, payroll, mobility, labor law (in cooperation with legal team)
- Understand the Labor Employment Act changes and advise about the possible impacts for the work rule.
- Making sure that the work rule meets all statutory and legal requirements.
- Provide local experience and insights to regional/global projects regarding incentives, equity awards, compensation planning, merit, salary structure, etc.
- Responsible for local ownership of related system and/or process changes
- Keep contact with senior stakeholders, control groups, and external regulator bodies.
- Work closely with local P&C (HR) management
The ideal candidate has:
- Experience as a senior HR generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably with knowledge of labor law, payroll processes, change management, re-organization projects, etc.
- A degree in HR, Law, or other related field of studies
- Fluency in Hungarian AND English is a must!
- Capability to manage day-to-day operative tasks as well as projects independently in a multinational matrix organization
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment
