PMI Early Career Program - Hungary

Join our 2-year graduate program and empower your early career with Philip Morris! This full-time program is designed for Economics and Business students interested in Commercial and Marketing fields. You'll experience three rotations in Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Enabling functions, giving you a comprehensive understanding of different sides of the business.

What You'll Do:

• Dive into exciting projects and assignments, and get to know our core business in Commercial Operations, Marketing and Enabling Functions
• Leverage commercial insights to understand market dynamics
• Innovate and experiment with new ideas to drive business growth and transformation
• Participate in various trainings and projects to develop your key competencies
• Work collaboratively with team members from different parts of the organization, to build business accumen and have high understanding of our business
• Blend your unique skills with a fast-paced environment, build a unique business network and establish relationships with our senior leaders and your mentor
• Work on assignments in your home country and potentially experience a short-term international assignment

Who we are looking for?

• Graduates with a bachelor’s degree in business, economics or marketing (maximum 2 years after university graduation)  
• Fluency in Hungarian AND English
• Ability to work full time
• Fast learner, curious and thinking out of the box
• Ability to understand and leverage commercial insights
• Courageous individuals who take initiative and share ideas
• Agility to handle a dynamic market
• Willingness to move abroad for a few months if needed
• Work experience in any related field (commercial, sales, business) is a plus

What the selection process will look like?

• After you apply, our recruiter will contact you for a short call, if you are selected based on your resume.
• You will receive an online test which is focusing on logical thinking and other skills
• Based on the test results, you can expect a 30 minute long MS Teams interview with our recruiter
• If you’re successful, you will be invited for an Assessment Center day in our HQ in June/July
• The program will start in September 2025
