Supervisor Brand Engagement

Location: Bucharest

Working Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday, including evenings, weekends, and peak activation periods as required.

Bring our approved city activation plans to life across hospitality venues, ensuring every event is delivered safely, consistently and to agreed standards. You’ll lead field execution, coordinate Brand Ambassadors and suppliers, and provide clear operational feedback.

Impact You’ll Own

  • Deliver the approved city activation plan accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain consistent, up-to-date brand visibility across assigned venues.
  • Ensure full field coverage, attendance and effective onsite supervision.
  • Protect execution quality and compliance through immediate action and escalation.
  • Produce accurate reports, checklists, photos and issue logs.

What You’ll Do

  • Implement approved activations and events using agreed playbooks, layouts, scripts and formats.
  • Coordinate weekly and weekend venue plans, shifts, locations and activation readiness.
  • Supervise onsite setup, delivery and dismantling with Brand Ambassadors, suppliers and venue representatives.
  • Allocate field teams and coordinate punctual, efficient transport between planned locations.
  • Monitor point-of-sale materials, visibility, conduct, attendance and delivery against plan.
  • Resolve operational issues in real time and escalate recurring, compliance or safety concerns.
  • Report execution quality, attendance, incidents and feedback using approved tools and formats.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Hands-on field operations and live event coordination experience
  • Experience supervising Brand Ambassadors or field teams
  • Strong planning, prioritization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple activities within tight timelines
  • Clear, practical stakeholder communication and accurate reporting
  • Sound judgement when correcting issues and escalating risks
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in dynamic venues
  • Availability for fieldwork during activation hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Understanding of legal, regulatory and marketing compliance requirements
