Description:

Join us for an enriching and hands-on summer internship program at our sales offices in Bucharest, Cluj, Iasi or Timisoara. We are offering a unique opportunity for students to immerse themselves in the dynamic world of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and gain invaluable experience that will jumpstart their careers.

As a participant in our Future in Progress internship program, you will:

- Get real-life business exposure by joining field visits to different retail locations (shops, malls, IQOS points), seeing how brands show up where consumers actually are.

- Learn how commercial teams work by observing, collecting insights, and sharing feedback from the field about stores, competitors, and consumer behavior.

- Support ongoing commercial & merchandising activities, collaborating with experienced colleagues and gaining a behind-the-scenes view of sales & activation projects.

- Receive mentorship and guidance from industry professionals.

- Participate in workshops and training sessions tailored to enhance your leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

- Present your ideas and findings to senior leaders, contributing directly to the company's strategic initiatives.

- Network with peers and professionals from diverse backgrounds, fostering connections that may lead to future career opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or related fields.

- Strong academic performance with a passion for learning.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Proactive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Adaptability and eagerness to embrace new challenges and opportunities for growth.

- Driving license B category (min. 1 year experience).

- Fluency in English and Romanian is required.

Duration:

The summer internship will run for 3 months from July 1st to September 30th 2026.
