We’re Hiring: Digital Content Executive
Are you passionate about digital marketing, data-driven communication, and creating meaningful customer relationships? We are looking for an Digital Content Executive to join our team and play a key role in shaping and delivering our digital eCRM strategy.
🔹 Role Purpose
As an Digital Content Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating eCRM activities in line with brand and business objectives. Your work will directly support consumer retention, activation, and reactivation, and to a limited extent, new consumer acquisition.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
1. eCRM Content Creation & Coordination
Create and manage SMS and Newsletter content aligned with the eCRM strategy.
Coordinate engagement campaigns and other content initiatives derived from brand assets and commercial programs.
Ensure a strong understanding of target audiences, delivering relevant, compelling messages with effective calls to action to drive engagement and conversion.
Select and optimize communication channels to maximize impact.
2. Contribution to Digital eCRM Strategy
Actively contribute to defining and optimizing the digital eCRM strategy using insights from past campaign performance.
Develop and execute content implementation plans focused on maximizing results.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and SFP strategy.
3. Reporting & Data Analysis
Create, process, and consolidate reports related to eCRM content and promotional campaigns.
Analyze performance data and propose actionable improvements for future initiatives.
Use technology and analytics tools to monitor consumer behavior, measure campaign effectiveness, and support personalized customer experiences.
Drive continuous optimization of the eCRM strategy through data-driven insights.
4. Stakeholder Relationship Management
Work closely with external agencies and internal teams including Brand (across all categories), Digital, CX, Commercial Channels, Customer Care, and Technology.
Ensure efficient eCRM execution and delivery of high-quality consumer experiences.
5. Consumer Behavior Analysis
Analyze consumer interactions and data to identify behavioral patterns, trends, and drivers of loyalty and acquisition across different segments.
Propose targeted eCRM strategies and personalized journeys to increase engagement among existing consumers and stimulate interest among non-SFP consumers.
6. Budget Management
Track, monitor, and record all costs associated with eCRM activities.
Forecast future budget needs using historical data and trend analysis.
Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising targeting quality or consumer satisfaction.
Work closely with the direct manager to ensure adherence to the approved budget.
7. Professional Development & Compliance
Continuously develop skills and knowledge in Project Management and Digital Marketing through on-the-job learning and agreed external training.
Stay informed and compliant with all company policies, procedures, safety, security, and marketing compliance standards.
Act in accordance with company codes, guidelines, and annual performance objectives.
✅ What We’re Looking For
4–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience delivering 360° brand campaigns, including eCRM.
Strong experience with brand campaings (eCRM campaigns is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Strong analytical mindset, excellent collaboration skills, and attention to detail.
