Position Title:  Commercial Investment & Operational Support Supervisor

We are looking for a Commercial Investment & Operational Support Supervisor to lead commercial budgeting, financial analysis, and operational excellence across our Commercial Operations functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as main coordinator for the Commercial Operations budget: consolidate submissions, analyze spend, and deliver timely reports (OB, RF, LRP).
• Provide deep‑dive budget analyses, challenge assumptions, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Deliver accurate monthly/quarterly/annual budget reports and identify risks or variances.
• Improve reporting tools, analysis methods, and ways of working to support evolving business needs.
• Lead and develop the sales support operational team, to ensure long‑term partnerships and commercial agreements in the Traditional Trade (GT) channel.

Qualifications

• University degree (Business, Economics, Finance, or similar).
• Solid experience in data analysis, trend forecasting, and working with complex datasets.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Project management capabilities.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Romanian  (written and spoken)
• Experience working cross‑functionally and managing diverse stakeholders; leadership experience is an advantage.
