Your ‘day to day’

 

We are searching for a Brand Communication Coordinator that will take ownership of  brand campaigns, product launches, and the measurement of this initiatives while working closely with our Brand Manager.

You will be accountable to design and execute the right brand campaigns that drives brand bonding via relevant executions, experiences, activations, in line with brand DNA.

As a key player in our team, you will work with multiple stakeholders, including local, regional, and global teams, to ensure seamless communication and brand consistency with impact and scale.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with brand manager to plan and implement impactful brand campaign and successful product launches.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication campaigns that seamlessly integrate across various communication channels, maximizing reach and engagement with the target audience.
  • Design and implement engagements that encourage active participation interaction and dialogue between brand and consumers.
  • Oversee the implementation of campaigns, ensuring highest quality of materials, and collaborating seamlessly with third party agency and suppliers.
  • Quality assurance: ownership of the quality control for communication materials/executions/prizes and any other comms. asset, from design to production and implementation.
  • Global toolboxes localization: localize tools, tailoring them to resonate with diverse local users with maintaining brand consistency.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams and global stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
  • Manage the end-to-end process from campaign briefing, planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Analyze the performance of specific campaigns to drive data driven business decisions. Identify key opportunities and improvement areas to enable better business results
  • Mange relationships with multiple external agencies and suppliers
  • Budget management: effectively manage campaigns budget, optimizing resources to achieve maximum impact and engagement.

 

Skills required.

 

  1. Proven ability to develop and implement communication plan/omnichannel brand campaigns that align with business goals
  2. Brand building expertise: demonstrated experience in successfully building and enhancing brand identity through previous roles
  3. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of delivering compelling messages to large audiences. (confidence/question handling/adaptability)
  4. Possess a keen understanding of cultural nuances and market dynamics to adapt communication messages effectively.
  5. Foster a consumer centric mindset: use consumer insights to refine communication approach, ensuring the brand remains relevant and impactful
  6. Cross functional collaboration: collaborate seamlessly with product development, brand engagement, sales team to align comm strategy with overall business objective. Build bridges between different departments, fostering a unified approach to brand comm.
  7. Analytical skills: ability to measure and analyze the impact of communication initiatives, using data to drive decision making
  8. Project management: strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and product launches simultaneously.
  9. Adaptability: thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment adapting to changes and evolving priorities
  10. Effective communication: exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex messages clearly and concisely.
  11. Continuous learner: informed about trends, emerging technologies and innovative communication strategies, incorporating new learnings into future campaigns.

 

 

  • Academic background: university degree in communication of marketing
  • Previous 3 years experience in the entire brand building process from campaign briefing, planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in brand communication
  • Very good command of the English language (writing and speaking)
  • Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point and Excel
