 B2B Digital Engagement Manager


📍 Location: Bucharest / Hybrid
🧭 Function: Commercial Strategy / Digital Marketing

We are looking for a B2B Digital Engagement Manager who will drive and accelerate the digitalization of the Indirect Retail (IR) channel, by building and executing a strong B2B digital communication and loyalty strategy aligned with business objectives.

In this role, you will own the digital engagement strategy for retailers through our Digital Trade Engagement (DTE) platform, ensuring relevant, personalized, and value‑adding communication for each partner.

 

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the B2B digital communication & loyalty strategy for the Indirect Retail channel, aligned with business priorities.
  • Develop and manage the communication strategy within the DTE platform, planning activities in line with the IR activation plan.
  • Coordinate and adapt communication for the Indirect Retail channel, ensuring relevant and high‑quality content.
  • Prioritize and personalize communication for each retailer/user based on business priorities, in close collaboration with Commercial Planning and Go‑to‑Market Strategy teams.
  • Ensure the relevance of DTE content for both business needs and the specific profile of each store using the platform.
  • Automate communication towards trade partners using personalized communication journeys.
  • Continuously monitor communication relevance, processes, and business impact, ensuring initiatives deliver high added value and leverage learnings from previous projects.
  • Act as a key digital partner for field teams in the Indirect Retail channel, Commercial Planning & IR Programs, proposing ongoing digitalization solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital communication and engagement trends, testing and proposing innovative solutions for indirect retail activation.
  • Design and implement trade promotions, programs, and services via DTE, monitor performance, and integrate insights into future initiatives.
  • Oversee the performance and continuous improvement of the permanent digital communication materials platform (PPOSM).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partner agencies (PMT).
  • Manage and monitor DTE-related budgets, ensuring cost efficiency, ROI maximization, and adherence to allocated budgets.
  • Lead, develop, and upskill the team, ensuring training and development plans are defined and implemented.
  • Promote a collaborative and high‑performance work environment that encourages initiative and ownership.
  • Ensure full compliance with PMI policies, procedures, safety, security, EHS standards, and company codes of conduct.
  • Deliver annual objectives as part of the performance evaluation process (MAP).


🧠 What We’re Looking For


Experience

  • 3–4 years of experience in Commercial and/or Digital Marketing roles within FMCG.
  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
