Position Title:  Sr Team Lead Communication

To help us achieve this, we need your help. We are currently seeking  Slovak native speaker to join our team as Senior Team Lead Communications in Bratislava. You will play a key role in driving communication strategies that support our transition to a smoke-free future, working on our biggest brands IQOS, ZYN, VEEV.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

As the Communications Team lead, you will be responsible for managing the team and focusing on developing and executing communication strategies.
You will play a key role in crafting communications that resonate with local consumers while aligning with global business goals. We’re looking for someone who is go-getter, good in project management with hands-on execution skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• People manager: Leading and managing a team, with a focus on fostering collaboration among other teams and achieving communication goals.

• Creative Problem-Solving: Proactively tackle challenges in project execution and internal processes, delivering actionable solutions that are both strategic and operationally effective.

• Consumer-Centric Communications: Develop messages that resonate with local consumers based on market research insights, helping them understand the benefits of multi category business within a highly regulated framework, and ensuring their delivery in a structured, impactful way.

• Project Management: Lead multiple projects from concept to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business and regulatory standards. You will ensure projects are well-structured, prioritized, and clearly communicated across teams.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with category, market orchestration, digital teams, CRM, acquisition and retention teams to deliver communication campaigns on excellence level

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, or Communications roles.

• 2+ years of experience in leading & developing high performance teams

• Proven experience in developing and executing both strategic communication plans and performance-driven projects.

• Strong project management skills – ability to structure, prioritize, and lead projects from conception to completion.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities – capable of identifying challenges, designing solutions, and driving actionable outcomes.

• Ability to adjust and react fast in fast changing environment, experience preferably from FMCG companies.

• Track record of managing cross-functional teams and external partners to align efforts and goals.

• Fluency in English and Slovak is required for both internal and external communications

Minimum legal gross salary for this position set at 2680€ / month
