The Senior CRM & Customer Insights Business Analyst plays a key role in shaping and driving customer‑centric, data‑driven decision making across the organization. With a strong focus on CRM, customer data, and digital analytics, this position partners closely with marketing, sales, and digital teams to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

The role acts as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring that CRM platforms and digital tools deliver actionable insights, measurable impact, and continuous improvement of customer experience. You will actively contribute to the evolution of CRM and customer analytics capabilities while influencing strategy and execution across multiple stakeholders.


Principal Accountabilities

  • Drive customer and business data analysis to deliver actionable insights supporting CRM, marketing, sales, and digital initiatives.
  • Aggregate and analyze customer data from CRM systems, digital channels, and third‑party sources.
  • Enable and optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle strategies using data insights.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities across the customer journey and propose data‑driven improvements.
  • Support customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization for marketing and CRM campaigns.
  • Monitor CRM and campaign performance, recommending optimizations to maximize effectiveness.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and consistency between CRM platforms and other business systems.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align CRM insights and strategies with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present clear, compelling insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and integrity across CRM and analytics solutions.

Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business or Data Analyst with strong focus on CRM and digital platforms and digital business processes.
  • Fluent English and Slovak/Czech
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot)
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Excel required; Power BI preferred)
  • Familiarity with SQL and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience with customer segmentation, targeting, and personalized marketing
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative mindset with curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt to new digital tools and methodologies
