Position Title:  POS Communication Specialist

YOUR ROLE WILL BE TO:

• Ensure smooth and timely PPOSM placement in the field maximizing the infrastructure utilization
• Initiate and lead the development of new PPOSM solutions with the aim to serve the best the Categories' and Channels' needs still in line with the Global vision
• Establish and perform the trade channels monitoring from the visibility perspective, competitive intelligence and data collection
• Manage a process from PPOSM development to placement to the POS ensuring ongoing process improvement and the new tools usage.
• Build partnership with relevant agencies aiming to deliver the top quality of POSM development, production and placement
• Initiate and run bidding processes including their results evaluation in close cooperation with other involved departments (Purchasing, Channels, Marketing. etc.)
• Provide thorough analysis for individual channels on PPOSM placement in line with POS communication strategy
• Ensure that internal processed are in line with all the relevant policies and procedures in the PPOSM management area
• Manage the PPOSM budget to achieve PM objectives in the most effective way and related expenditures are in line with the approved budge

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EMPLOYEE:

• Proven expertise in project leadership, with a strong track record in designing
• English proficiency at intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication in diverse business environments.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, supporting data analysis and impactful presentations.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset, capable of anticipating potential challenges and proactively developing solutions.
• Meticulous attention to detail, especially in areas such as cost control and process optimization.
• High adaptability and solid business acumen, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Salary minimum for this role is 2300EUR.
