Job scope:
- Assist with implementation and improvement of programs for consumer acquisition and retention (including loyalty program).
- Support management of consumer journeys and segmentation across channels.
- Contribute to the setup and optimization of “recommended actions” within the consumer journey.
- Collect and process consumer feedback (e.g., from NPS), support CX improvements.
- Cooperate with internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
- University degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing/sales in FMCG, Telco, Banking or other direct to consumer segment.
- Experience with omnichannel marketing or CX is an advantage.
- Experience with project support or teamwork.
- Analytical thinking, digital skills, willingness to learn A-B testing and CX metrics.
- Fluent English.
- Good communication and teamwork skill
