KEY RESPONSIBILITIES of KA manager:
- Building & managing long-term partnership with key stakeholders in particular KA customers (Sales directors, Category Managers), but also internally
- In cooperation with Marketing propose optimal budget for all Key Accounts related activities connected with promotional programming and expenditures
- Agree and manage appropriate PM activities and incentives in key accounts in line with Marketing and the overall sales and distribution plan.
- Define and agree with Commercial management on optimal PM brand portfolio strategy for selected key accounts.
- Establish framework and guidelines for key accounts monitoring and data collection, analysis/interpretation in order to ensure that business critical information is provided and acted upon (in cooperation with BI).
- Plan optimal structure, roles, accountabilities, and skills for key account function in order to achieve PM SK business objectives and ensure substitutability.
- Lead strategy implementation. Contribute to recruitment, training and development of competent team ready to meet both present and future business requirements. Coach, maintain and enhance high level of team members’ motivation.
- Define strategy for new opportunities and Tobacco trade category.
- Closely cooperate with other department
KEY requirements:
- seniority in position of KA in FMCG
- English language - B2/C1 level
- FMCG experience in Slovak market
- F&M chains experience in this role is advantage
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Solid business and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Effective planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, and CRM platform

Salary minimum for this role is 3160EUR.
