Position Title:  Commercial Effectiv.&Budgeting Analyst (repl. for maternity leave)

Bratislava, Slovakia

The Commercial Effectiveness Analyst serves as a key analytical contributor within the CEB department, supporting strategic commercial initiatives through data-driven insights. This role focuses on remuneration processes, performance tracking, and business partnering to enhance commercial efficiency and alignment across the organization.

Act as a fundamental driver of the monthly remuneration cycle.
Identify and communicate discrepancies, collaborate with other departments to resolve issues

Calculate and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
Prepare supporting materials for KPI communication and alignment with business partners.

Develop monthly / quarterly performance targets based on market dynamics 
Ensure targets are aligned with approved strategic plans.

Analyze actual business performance against plans and forecasts
Present findings to stakeholders, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.

Requirements for the employee:

B2 level of English and fluency in Slovak
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect the dots and interpret data
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (basic knowledge of SQL is considered an advantage)
High level of responsibility, accuracy, and digital savviness
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Open-minded and positive attitude, with good collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and consistently deliver results

Salary minimum for this role is 2250EUR.
