Job scope:
- develop the CRM strategy to personalize engagement with our users
- design and implement CRM communications/journeys to increase consumer value
- translate consumer insights into effective action plans that will maximize value provided by brand to consumer and drive business performance
- responsible for efficient segmentation & targeting and use of effective communication tools aimed at delivering on communication objectives and KPIs
- monitor and evaluate campaign KPIs and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 3+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce, digital agency, preferably CRM with Consumer Journey design
- Advanced project management
- strong analytical skills
- ability to drive insights into actions
- experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an advantage
