Position Title:  Business Analyst (SK)

To support this transformation, we’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help turn data into actionable insight

What You’ll Do

• Support the design and development of data-driven business models and analytics tool
• Analyze business challenges and identify opportunities for improvemen
• Translate business needs into clear, structured requirement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions that support strategic goal
• Assist in testing and validating analytics tools and dashboard
• Work closely with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to ensure insights are based on accurate and comprehensive dat
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and impactful wa

What You Bring

• A degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or a related fiel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platform
• Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling concept
• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solution
• Familiarity with big data technologies and platforms (e.g., Snowflake) is a plu
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in a data-driven environment
• English and Czech/Slovak proficiency is a must
