Job scope:

  • Define and lead the overall category strategy, including pricing strategy, portfolio priorities and key growth initiatives.
  • Own the category P&L perspective by identifying business opportunities, risks and corrective actions to support sustainable growth.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of portfolio design and development, from opportunity identification and concept definition to launch preparation and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global headquarters to adapt central strategies, toolboxes and innovation pipelines to local market needs.
  • Implement marketing strategy into full 360 commercialisation plans across consumer touchpoints, channels and commercial teams.
  • Lead cooperation with creative, media and other external agencies to develop impactful campaigns, assets and communication platforms.
  • Work with market, consumer and commercial data to generate insights, evaluate performance and recommend improvements across brand, portfolio and activation plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent brand and category execution in the external environment.

 

Requirements: 

  • 4–5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods or another commercially driven environment.
  • Strong experience in setting brand strategy, brand positioning, communication platforms and go-to-market plans.
  • Proven ability to translate marketing strategy into 360 commercial activation, including campaign development, channel execution and performance evaluation.
  • Experience with portfolio management, innovation pipeline development, pricing initiatives and business case preparation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with market, consumer and business data and turn insights into clear recommendations.
  • Project management experience, including coordination of cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Creative thinking combined with business acumen, ownership and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
