Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Administrative support to General Manager and Management Team
  • Organize meetings, business trips, and events
  • Manage calendars and documentation
  • Communicate with suppliers and service providers
  • Work with procurement (Coupa) and travel systems (Concur)

 

Requirements:

 

  • Higher education (preferred)
  • Previous experience in similar role (preferred)
  • Communication skills, internal customer focus, multitasking and attention to details
  • Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
  • Working experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoin

Salary minimum for this role is 1550EUR.
