Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to General Manager and Management Team
- Organize meetings, business trips, and events
- Manage calendars and documentation
- Communicate with suppliers and service providers
- Work with procurement (Coupa) and travel systems (Concur)
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferred)
- Previous experience in similar role (preferred)
- Communication skills, internal customer focus, multitasking and attention to details
- Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
- Working experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoin
