Trade Activation Executive

Your ‘day to day’:

• Plan, execute & evaluate commercial activities for the Heat Not Burn and Conventional products in the allocated territory (General Trade, KAs, IQOS Islands and specialized Stores in malls)
• Implement specific actions and identify improvement opportunities to drive Philip Morris brands’ performance and increase customer satisfaction level;
• Maintain permanent communication with representatives from General Trade & Key Accounts, ensuring their continuous education through enrollment in dedicated Philip Morris platforms / programs;
• Execute in field activities following the route plan, align route plan with national commercial objectives / activities and implement optimizations;
• Monitor the performance and propose improvement actions for service providers on Consumer Engagement and Merchandising activities;
• Collect, consolidate and communicate internally relevant information related to business and public information about competitors.

 

What success looks like

After the first 6 months you should have full ownership of your area, be able to suggest improvement ideas for brand visibility and sales boosts, you should have built strong relationships with retailers, all leading to excellence in execution and improved performance indicators.

Who we’re looking for

• University degree, ideally in Commerce / Marketing / Economics;
• Driving license B category (min. 1 year experience);
• Very good spoken and written English;
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office);
• Achievement orientation;
• Partnership and communication skills;
• Desire to grow and acquire new competencies;
• Previous experience in Sales in FMCG is a plus.
