Roles and Objectives

The Manager COE Logistics serves as the functional process owner of the Transportation Management System (TMS) and all connected digital solutions supporting fulfillment flows. The role ensures alignment of business requirements, prioritization of enhancements, and translation of operational needs into scalable digital capabilities within PMI’s complex, transforming multinational environment.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Own, govern, and evolve PMI’s Transportation Management System tools;
• Collect and consolidate business requirements globally;
• Assess implications of system changes on end-to-end logistics processes;
• Partner with IT to translate needs into technical solutions;
• Establish governance routines and provide expertise to markets and hubs.

Who we’re looking for 

• College/University Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related;
• 15+ years in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Digital Product Ownership roles;
• Experience as functional owner or super-user of TMS tools ((Blue Yonder, One Network, Oracle, SAP TM);
• Strong logistics execution and fulfillment process knowledge;
• Proficiency in English is mandatory and will be tested throughout the interview process.
