The Web Specialist for the Andean Cluster is responsible for managing and optimizing seven websites across three countries: Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. This role involves leading digital projects that impact the websites, ensuring the direction, implementation, execution, control, and follow-up of projects and campaigns. Additionally, the role focuses on designing user experiences (UX) based on qualitative and quantitative analytics and implementing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic. The specialist is also responsible for conversion rate optimization through testing and personalization, always aiming to improve results through data analysis.
You’re day to day:
- Digital Project Management: Lead and coordinate digital projects that impact the websites, ensuring proper implementation, execution, control, and follow-up. This includes project planning, resource allocation, schedule management, and communication with stakeholders to ensure objectives are met within the established timeframe and budget.
- SEO Optimization: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the visibility and organic traffic of the websites. This includes keyword research, content optimization, site structure improvement, link building, and continuous monitoring of SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console & Semrush.
- UX Design: Create and optimize user experiences based on qualitative (Google Analytics, Search Console, SimilarWeb) and quantitative (ContentSquare) analysis. This involves designing intuitive interfaces, improving site navigation, conducting usability tests, and analyzing user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
- Content Management: Create, edit, and publish content on the websites, ensuring all information is up-to-date and relevant to users. This includes coordinating with marketing and content teams to develop content strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance using analytical tools to identify areas for improvement. This includes generating periodic reports on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, time on site, and user behavior.
- Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create and execute digital campaigns. This includes campaign planning, creating promotional materials, implementing campaigns on the websites, and tracking their performance.
- Testing and QA: Conduct quality assurance (QA) tests on the websites before launch to ensure there are no errors and that the user experience is optimal. This includes identifying and resolving technical issues, conducting functionality tests, and verifying compatibility with different devices and browsers.
- Website Updates: Maintain and update the websites regularly to ensure proper functionality and relevance. This includes implementing new features, updating content, and continuously improving the user experience.
- Implementation of Improvements: Identify and propose improvements for user experience and site functionality. This includes conducting usability analyses, gathering user feedback, and implementing data-driven changes to enhance user satisfaction.
- Results-Driven and Data Analytics: Be highly results-driven, using data analysis to make informed decisions and continuously improve website conversion and performance. This includes using advanced analytical tools to identify improvement opportunities and implementing data-driven strategies to achieve business objectives.
Who we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in website management and digital project management.
- Proven experience in SEO and UX design.
- Analytical and Results-Driven: Strong analytical skills with a focus on using data to drive decisions and improve website performance. Proven ability to implement data-driven strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Project Management and Organization: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines. Experience in leading digital projects and coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Effective Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development teams.
- Highly results-driven with the ability to use data analysis to improve website performance.
