We’re looking for a Senior Specialist People Engagement who is responsible for supporting the manager to understand the experience of employees of the cluster/country. Based on data, this role supports in creating a holistic internal engagement and communication strategy, to improve the engagement, sense of belonging, and advocacy for PMI. Key areas to focus on in creating such a strategy include change management and I&D. All efforts are to be effectively communicate to the organization, addressing both employee and business needs.
Accountabilities:
Employee Experience Action Planning Support:
• Support large local employee listening activities or own smaller local employee listening activities, in cooperation with P&C Managers and business leaders, for topics relevant to the whole country/cluster.
• Analysis available employee data across the whole employee journey, both quantitative and qualitative and from various sources, to support the validation of insights.
• Support projects with engagement/communication focus, to address local pain points and employee needs.
Internal Communication Plan:
• Provides input and ideas for the country/cluster-wide holistic & strategic internal communication plan, covering both employees experience action points and business needs, based on global themes of Global Communications, Global I&D and Global Employee Experience.
• Support in the execution on communication plan, by actively creating content and managing the back end of communication channels.
• Maintains local communications infrastructure and tracks success of various channels.
Change Management:
• Support change management projects, by leveraging the global toolkit, for changes impacting more than one function.
I&D:
• Support in planning and coordinating the local I&D strategy to drive the global I&D agenda.
• Supports in deploying initiatives to increate an inclusive, safe and empowering culture, possibly leading smaller initiatives, by actively creating content.
• Supports in tracking of success on I&D measures.
• Support in full audit cycles of I&D certifications (e.g. Equal salary certification).
Requirements:
• College/University degree in business administration, Communications, Public Relations, HR Management, Inclusion & Diversity Management.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience first experience in Communications, Journalism, Inclusion & Diversity or Change Management. First experience in deriving action from insights & making suggestions for initiatives.
• First experiences in devising messages for different audiences and in various formats.
• English level advanced
