Key Responsibilities

Incident Resolution Support: Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues related to commercial applications, ensuring optimal and continuous performance.

Application Maintenance and Enhancements: Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as the implementation of application updates and improvements.

Technical Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and support procedures.

User Support: Provide technical assistance to users of commercial applications, addressing inquiries and delivering effective solutions to their issues.

Testing and Validation: Collaborate in testing new functionalities and application updates, ensuring they meet established requirements and quality standards.

Business Solutions Delivery: Join the Delivery stream, supporting initiatives, enhancements, and projects for business teams, including automation and AI-driven solutions.

Project Ownership: Contribute to the development, documentation, and project management of digital solutions, helping drive projects from concept to implementation.
Skills & Capabilities:
If you are curious, dynamic, passionate, creative, adventurous, and YOU:
- Are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to design and simplify existing processes in a practical and effective way.
- Are fluent in English.
- Your university allows you to start your internship in January 2027.
- Are passionate about challenges and focused on delivering results?
