We’re looking for a Legal Analyst responsible to provide general support to Counsels and Senior Legal Analysts to ensure they can provide timely and accurate legal support to the business.

 

Accountabilities

 

  • Under the supervision of Counsels and Senior Legal Analysts, provide legal analysis, taking into account applicable laws for: Labor and Social Security Law, Finance, Taxes, Corporate Law, Litigation and Regulatory.
  • Under the supervision of Counsels and Senior Legal Analysts, assist on the adequate management and administration of external legal counsels.
  • Under the supervision of Counsels and Senior Legal Analysts, assist in low-mid complexity company projects. (Ex. Eficiency projects according to market needs).
  • Under the supervision of Counsels and Senior Legal Analysts, develop training material and provide trainings on company policies that are handled by the Legal Department.  (Ex. Thrid party providers trainings).
  • Under the supervision of Counsels and Senior Legal Analysts, analyze and prepare draft agreements. Analyze and prepare legal documentation to facilitate business decision-making.
  • Under the supervision of Counsels and Senior Legal Analysts, support, follow-up and report on litigation aspects (e.g. gathering of information for case substantiation, drafting of letters and judicial notices).         
  • Conduct research and keep the legal team up to date on legislation and regulations related to the business.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • College/University in Law
  • 2-4 years of experience in law
