The CPFR Analyst is responsible for leading collaborative planning, demand forecasting, and product replenishment within the KA channel. This strategic role seeks to maximize product availability, optimize inventory, and strengthen customer relationships through integrated supply chain processes and data analysis.
You will be primarily responsible from the commercial area for ensuring the adequate supply and assessment of key accounts and ensuring adequate availability for the development of the Nicotine category in the Channel.
KA Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact with key account replenishment teams.
- Coordinate weekly and monthly meetings with clients to review KPIs, point-of-sale conditions, and replenishment strategies, ensuring the availability of our products at all chain POS terminals.
- Represent client forecasts in business review meetings and collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams.
Planning and Forecasting
- Consolidate and analyze inventory and sales data (sell-in/sell-out) to identify risks and opportunities.
- Generate weekly reports for the KA team and propose replenishment suggestions based on data analysis.
- Ensure forecast accuracy and alignment with availability and coverage objectives.
- Ensure optimal coding and replenishment volumes for strategic customers.
Supply Chain Optimization
- Identify supply chain efficiency opportunities that improve client KPIs.
- Implement customized CPFR processes for each account, integrating physical and digital strategies.
- Continuously monitor and improve service levels (fill rate) and avoid stockouts.
Data Analysis and Visualization
- Use tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel, and Retail Link to generate actionable insights and generate alerts for the KA team to mitigate risks.
- Perform forecast accuracy analysis and propose improvements based on historical data and consumer trends.
Execute the CPFR cycle with strategic clients (review of forecast, supply, inventory levels by POS / Reference, rotation and availability)
Support the launch and innovation agenda for the channel, ensuring correct availability
Who we’re looking for:
Education: Professional in business administration, industrial engineering, economics, marketing, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of two years of proven experience in commercial planning roles within consumer goods companies. - Previous experience in sales, negotiation, and working with merchandising teams.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, Process management and forecasting tools, Knowledge of logistics and commercial indicators, Analytical skills and database proficiency
Knowledge: Data analysis tools, market trend analysis, productivity/profitability analysis.
Languages: Native Spanish, B2 English.
