Your day-to-day
As an IQOS Boutique Manager, you lead the boutique's commercial success, consumer experience, and team performance. You coach and develop Assistant Managers, Senior Experts, and Experts while ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance, and execution of brand standards.
Acting as the link between headquarters and the boutique, you drive results while creating an environment where consumers receive a premium, personalized experience.
Key responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop boutique employees
- Drive performance, engagement, and career growth
- Conduct regular 1:1s and provide ongoing feedback
- Manage workforce planning, schedules, and resource allocation
Commercial Performance & Consumer Experience
- Deliver sales, NPS, and operational KPIs
- Lead daily briefings and ensure strong execution
- Set the standard for service, product expertise, troubleshooting, and after-sales support
- Analyze performance results and implement improvement plans
Operations & Compliance
- Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, ordering, and returns
- Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are maintained
- Manage opening/closing routines and budget control
- Ensure compliance with company policies, the NCA Code of Practice, local regulations, and labor laws
Ownership & Accountability
You are accountable for the boutique's overall performance, including:
- Team performance management and workforce planning
- Commercial results and consumer satisfaction
- Operational excellence and cost management
- Compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Consistent implementation of HQ guidelines
Who we're looking for
You are a passionate people leader with strong commercial acumen and a commitment to delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of retail or premium service experience
- 3+ years of leadership or store management experience
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and POS systems
- Experience managing KPIs and driving business performance
- Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Fluent German and strong English skills
