THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you will ensure optimal production planning and supply chain execution within Philip Morris Holland (PMH) in Bergen op Zoom, while also aligning with PMI-EU Supply Chain. You will be responsible for managing production plans, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to PMI’s European supply chain projects. This is a dynamic environment that offers exposure across production, supply chain, and cross-market collaboration, with strong opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Plan production processes within PMH
• Manage production planning with production departments and PMI-EU Supply Chain
• Define and follow production plans in consultation with PMI-EU Supply Chain
• Initiate and monitor measures for supply of markets
• Manage PMH Supply Chain projects and contribute to PMI-EU projects
• Monitor KPIs and analyze performance
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and project manage improvements
• Standardize and simplify planning processes and create SOPs

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
• Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel.
• Experience with SAP planning
• Conceptual thinker with hands-on mentality
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
