THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating operational flows within a factory-based production environment, ensuring that materials and products are processed efficiently and accurately from warehouse intake through to execution.
You will plan production activities based on warehouse volumes, oversee day-to-day operations within your assigned production area, and ensure that all system updates and documentation are completed with a high level of accuracy. Given the compliance-sensitive nature of certain processes, precision and attention to detail are critical to avoid operational and financial risks.
You will work independently while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including warehouse teams, maintenance, and international affiliates.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Plan and prioritize production activities based on incoming warehouse volumes
- Coordinate operational flows including receiving, sorting, rework, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate system updates within SAP and related tools
- Ensure high accuracy in documentation linked to operational processes
- Manage and take ownership of a defined production area independently
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the factory and global affiliates
- Identify and support improvements in operational efficiency and waste reduction
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain or similar
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain execution roles
- Experience with operational planning or task prioritization in a structured environment
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of accurate work (e.g., inventory, documentation, systems)
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Solid understanding of warehouse and production-related processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
