THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently looking for a Supervisor Consumer Force to join the Netherlands.

Responsibilities of the role:
  • Lead a team of Consumer Executives, driving individual and team performance and development. Approx. 60% of your time is spent in the field with your team and retailers.
  • Optimally plan the activities of your team in close collaboration with the B2B team and the Field Support Executive.
  • Monitor data and performance of your team on an on-going basis and act when needed.
  • Continuously work on expanding the opportunities for B2C in the Netherlands, building relationships with retailers to open doors and increase intensity.
  • With your insights, provide input for developments in a rapidly changing tobacco retailer environment.  
 
KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Has at least 3 years of commercial experience, preferably in front office position(s).
  • Is passionate about developing individuals and teams.
  • Has a proven track-record in achieving commercial results.
  • Is proactive and hands-on, knows how to get things done.
  • Has a good understanding of the Tobacco retail environment.
  • Has experience in a frontline role.
  • Speaks Dutch. Comfort in English is a plus. 
  • Is available to work at least 1 Saturday every month.

What will the selection process look like?
Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews.
In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development.
 
*Assessment Tests
The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability and personality test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file and will only be 
used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying. Results are therefore not used for purposes of performance evaluation.
