THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Product & Experience Delivery Specialist, you will be part of the People & Culture (P&C) team at Philip Morris and will support the Benelux organization. Reporting to the P&ED Manager: BeNeLux & HU, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure excellence in payroll, benefits, personnel administration, and employee experience delivery. As the subject matter expert for payroll processes in your local markets, you will help drive operational excellence while contributing to PMI's transformation toward a smoke-free future.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support employees with People & Culture-related queries and ensure timely end-to-end resolution.
• Coordinate payroll, time & attendance, benefits, and mobility activities with external service providers.
• Manage local People & Culture administration, including vendor management and P&C cost management in partnership with Finance.
• Contribute to an outstanding Employee Experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve P&C processes and administrative practices.
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders, corporate teams, and external providers to ensure effective service delivery and compliance.
• Support transformation initiatives and projects contributing to PMI's smoke-free future.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and company policies.
• Promote PMI standards related to quality, health, safety, and compliance.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Experience with personnel administration and HR operational processes.
• Good understanding of Collective Bargaining Agreements and the local labor environment.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Agile, collaborative, and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
