Role Overview
The Strategy and Program Delivery Manager is a dynamic leader/manager that is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic initiatives across the organization.
This role bridges the gap between high-level strategy and on-the-ground execution, ensuring that key projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organisational objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills and a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional senior leadership to develop long-term strategic and operational plans for the business.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and process optimization.
Program Management and Delivery
- Lead end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed work plans, timelines, and resource allocation for key initiatives.
- Monitor program performance using appropriate systems, tools, and metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Facilitate regular updates, meetings, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and provide proactive solutions to address risks or challenges.
