Your role involves articulating these expressions through key communication objectives, creative concepts, proof of concept, messaging selection, master assets, and an omni-channel strategy. Additionally, you will oversee in-market omni-channel plans to ensure they align with brand objectives and global brand standards.

  • Individual Campaign Strategy Creation: Design tailored communication strategies for various marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and effective execution.
  • Omni-channel Development Supervision & Campaign Performance: Oversee omni-channel approaches, ensuring consistency across channels, and collect performance data for continuous improvement.
  • Creative Agency Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with agencies, providing clear briefs and fostering a collaborative environment for effective campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in brand management/marketing communications, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven record in developing integrated, omnichannel marketing communication strategies, concepts, and campaigns.
  • Experience managing teams, preferably cross-functional, and working with international brands or companies.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and experience in agency collaboration.
