THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the organization’s performance insights and financial planning activities. You will work with various stakeholders to deliver clear analysis, maintain structured reporting routines, and contribute to meaningful business discussions. This position offers the chance to build strong analytical foundations while gaining exposure to strategic decision‑making across the business.
Responsibilities of this role:
- Forecasting of major volume & financial KPIs
- Monitoring performance of all categories
- Financial modelling of revenues and follow up of key financial indicators
- Participation in the preparation of key internal narratives or presentations towards PMI or EU Region (Budget presentations, Business Reviews and ad-hoc analysis)
- Provide support to business stakeholders
- Providing adequate and timely reports to PMI (e.g. month end, budget, rolling forecast)
- Providing ad-hoc analysis on performance and participation in projects
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of experience in an analyst role.
- Bachelor’s degree minimum, preferably in Economics, Business, Finance, or another analytical field.
- Strong affinity with numbers and analytical thinking.
- High proficiency in Excel and solid command of MS Office, including PowerPoint.
- Motivation to work with AI‑enabled tools and digital solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
- Intellectual curiosity, discipline, and attention to detail.
- English language proficiency (mandatory).
