Position Title:  Territory Indirect Retail Lead

Your ‘day to day’ 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. 

• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently in a multicategory environment. 

• Utilize data analytics to identify sales opportunities and trends. 

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 

• Continuously seek out ways to improve sales strategies and processes. 

Who we’re looking for 

• Bachelor’s degree completion 

•  Fluent in English 

•  Driver’s license B category 

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry 

• Proven collaboration skills 

• Strong communication and negotiation skills 

• Results-driven mindset and motivation to exceed sales targets 

• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions 

• Seeking out new ways to differentiate products, improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience 

• Open-minded and adaptable to changing market dynamics
