Join our Regional Talent Acquisition (TA) team, and play a key role in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent that enables PMI's transformation. Reporting to the Senior TA Manager, you will act as the TA lead for the SEE Cluster (Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, N. Macedonia and Serbia). 

Impact You'll Own  

• Deliver leadership, business-critical and large-scale (e.g. commercial or manufacturing) recruitment projects to support business growth and transformation 

• Develop and execute market-level Employer Branding and Early Careers strategy, driving initiatives to enhance talent attraction and employer reputation  

• Ensure a best-in-class hiring manager and candidate experience  

What You'll Do 

• Partner with key People & Culture (P&C) and business leaders, as the primary TA contact and a trusted advisor 

• Act as the lead recruiter and role model for two RPO recruiters  

• Manage recruitment vendors and ensure quality delivery 

• Contribute to cluster TA objectives, taking over team activities and projects  

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, career events and talent pipelines, to identify and engage top talent 

• Lead interviews, assessments and selection processes 

• Deliver local Employer Branding initiatives and represent the company externally 

• Collaborate with regional and global colleagues to ensure deployment of effective local talent solutions   

• Use AI-enabled tools and data to monitor TA performance, effectiveness and continuous improvement  

Skills & Capabilities  

• Bachelor's degree 

• 7+ years of TA experience in a multinational environment  

• Strong multi-channel sourcing expertise  

• Experience with HR systems, ATS and TA dashboards; SAP SuccessFactors is a plus  

• Strong partnering and stakeholder engagement skills 

• Can-do attitude with strong problem-solving and project management skills  

• Agile team player with a growth mindset  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Serbian and English
