As we continue reshaping the future of our Commercial organization, we are looking for a forward-thinking Manager, People & Culture (HR/P&C) – Commercial supporting Commercial teams across Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo and Montenegro, who will elevate our people strategy, strengthen leadership effectiveness to ensure the organization is designed for performance and growth. Reporting to the Sr. Manager P&C Commercial SEE, this role partners closely with Commercial leaders to build capabilities, develop an engaged, inclusive and diverse organization grounded in trust and integrity, and ensure the business is equipped with distinctive capabilities, consumer insight, speed of innovation, and a winning culture aligned with PMI DNA and Growth at PMI behaviors.

The role is responsible for partnering with category and function leadership teams on strategic organizational plans, while influencing and shaping organizational initiatives, leading organizational change, developing leadership and talent pipelines, and driving programs that enhance leadership effectiveness, engagement, and the overall employee experience. You will also ensure that people practices across the Commercial organization are aligned with global P&C standards while remaining responsive to the unique needs of the business.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with commercial objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor, anticipating workforce needs and delivering people solutions that support business success.
  • Lead organizational design and operating model implementation, inspiring change initiatives and ensuring smooth adoption.
  • Coach and advise managers on performance, development, engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent management, organizational planning, and leadership capability development.
  • Foster a culture of growth, feedback, inclusion, and accountability, aligned with PMI DNA.
  • Support managers in improving employee engagement and using global people programs and tools.
  • Champion positive employee relations, maintaining compliance with labor regulations and company policies, and proactively mitigate people-related risks.
  • Develop labor costs and support adherence to HR budgets, policies, and governance standards.
  • Collaborate across cluster, region, and global P&C teams to scale best practices and ensure alignment with PMI standards.

 

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing collaborators across functions and markets.
  • Strong business insight and understanding of commercial environments; FMCG experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Strategic and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate people insights into business outcomes.
  • Experience in organizational design, operating model deployment, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently, navigate complexity, and deliver results in dynamic, multi-market organizations.
  • Understanding of key HR subject areas, including talent management, learning & development, talent acquisition, performance management, employee experience, and rewards.
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in HR Business Partnering or a similar strategic HR role.
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Sciences, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English.
