Your day to day

As an IQOS Portfolio Intern, you will support our South East Europe Portfolio Team and gain hands-on experience in portfolio management, product launches, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across the region.

In this role, you will:

• Support portfolio performance tracking and business analysis
• Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Assist with innovation pipeline planning and project coordination
• Support product launch preparation and launch readiness activities
• Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal
• Help monitor project timelines, deliverables, and documentation
• Contribute to post-launch reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Support reporting, administrative activities, and portfolio-related projects

What we are looking for

We're looking for students and early-career talents who are:

• In the final year of Bachelor's or Master's studies, or recent graduates
• Fluent in Serbian and proficient in English
• Curious, eager to learn, and proactive
• Comfortable working with data and presentations
• Agile thinkers with a problem-solving mindset
• Strong team players with excellent collaboration skills

Previous internship, project, or student organization experience is a plus, but not required.
