Your ‘day to day’:
- Lead and coordinate the Market IBP process
Regularly manage and facilitate the Integrated Business Planning process, ensuring active involvement of Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Business Planning teams.
Contribute to the Market’s Operating Budget (OB) and Rolling Forecast (RF) cycle management, as well as Financial Shipments targets, by supporting the target-setting process through a robust IBP framework. - Gathering Market Insights
Actively collect market insights and trends from relevant teams and integrate them into the demand planning process. - Review and enrich sales forecasts
Analyze and enhance statistical forecasts in collaboration with the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub, integrating new market events and product launches. - Balance supply and demand, and manage inventory
Monitor and optimize inventory levels throughout the supply chain, ensuring product availability and alignment of commercial and supply chain plans for the medium-term horizon. - Analyze sales performance and forecasting KPIs
Regularly review market sales performance versus approved forecasts and targets, and support the preparation and approval of gap closure plans. - Identify risks and opportunities
Proactively identify potential upsides and downsides to the plan, and develop optimized enterprise responses in collaboration with stakeholders. - Run scenario simulations
Lead scenario simulations based on market pricing strategies, commercial campaigns, competitor activities, and other business intelligence to prepare recommendations that maximize business opportunities and minimize risks. - Maintain accurate supply chain data
Ensure all relevant data is maintained in supply chain systems in a structured and timely manner to support effective planning activities. - Prepare materials for decision-making
Prepare and present materials and analyses for key decision-makers regarding supply and demand management topics.
Who we’re looking for:
- A university degree preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development or Finance
- Top-down and bottom-up, driver-based planning and forecasting, data based
- PC - Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting Solutions, Financial Planning systems is a strong plus
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
