Position Title:  Financial Planning Senior Specialist

Drive business performance through complex price, excise tax, user acquisition & retention, and volume scenario modeling. Translate insights into operating income forecasts for markets, enabling informed decision-making and supporting sustainable revenue growth.

What You'll Do

• Use revenue forecasting tools to deliver high-quality scenario modeling in line with agreed SLAs.
• Develop and maintain LAU, volume, price, and excise tax models.
• Analyze pricing, tax, user acquisition & retention, and volume scenarios to assess business impact.
• Integrate scenario outcomes into market operating income forecasts.
• Act as the primary contact for market counterparts (BDP/FPR Analyst, Manager, and FD), ensuring customer-centric service delivery.
• Perform accurate and timely system inputs and updates.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Governance team.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across the team.

Skills & Capabilities

• Degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in analytical, forecasting, financial planning, or business analysis roles.
• Strong analytical skills and experience developing and maintaining financial models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Consumer-centric mindset with a focus on creating value for customers.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
