Your ‘day to day’
As an E-commerce Senior Specialist, you will lead the end-to-end performance of iqos.com and related eCommerce channels. You will ensure operational excellence, deliver outstanding customer experience, and support balanced commercial growth. Through data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on execution, you will optimize digital sales performance, improve customer journeys, and increase both revenue and customer satisfaction across all online touchpoints.
- eCommerce Platform Management and Execution: Be responsible for the day-to-day execution and performance of iqos.com and related eCommerce platforms, ensuring flawless operation and optimal commercial presentation. Ensure proper functioning of the platform, including product availability, pricing accuracy, and content (Q&A, reviews and similar). Implement and manage core eCommerce transactions and flows (product listing, checkout, promotions). Coordinate with commercial, portfolio, and digital teams to deliver collaborative and results-focused onsite execution. Drive implementation of new features and functionalities in collaboration with IT and digital teams. Perform hands-on troubleshooting to ensure business continuity and minimal sales disruption.
- Performance Monitoring and Business Insights: Own performance tracking of iqos.com, ensuring clear visibility and actionable insights. Monitor key eCommerce KPIs such as traffic, conversion, revenue, average order value, and funnel performance. Identify performance gaps and root causes. Deliver reporting and ensure proper use and alignment of analytics tools, dashboards and data sources. Provide data-based input for prioritization of initiatives.
- eCommerce Systems and Data Governance: Own core eCommerce systems and data integrity, ensuring smooth execution and compliance. Manage and ensure correct usage of product information management and order management systems. Maintain accurate and up-to-date product catalog, pricing and service configurations. Ensure compliance with Marketing Code and local regulatory requirements. Be responsible for system-level issue resolution and data consistency. Ensure full operational readiness of systems for campaigns and launches.
- Commercial Campaigns and Product Launch Execution: Drive end-to-end execution of eCommerce commercial activities to deliver acquisition and retention targets. Own preparation, execution and delivery of eCommerce campaigns, product launches, key commercial events. Ensure execution in line with SOPs, eCommerce strategy and compliance requirements. Translate commercial plans into high-performing onsite experience and journeys. Coordinate cross-functionally (Media, CRM, CX, Portfolio) to ensure full-funnel impact.
- eCommerce Operations and Logistics Excellence: Own and drive end-to-end eCommerce operations and logistics performance, ensuring delivery excellence and cost efficiency. Manage the complete order lifecycle, from order placement through fulfillment, delivery, and returns. Oversee logistics service provider performance through SLA management, operational follow-up, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor operational costs, budgets, and forecasts while collaborating with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure stock availability, service quality, and improved customer experience.
- eCommerce Performance and Growth Optimization: Lead data-informed growth initiatives to continuously improve sales and commercial performance. Own eCommerce benchmark delivery against targets and translate performance data into actionable optimization opportunities. Drive conversion rate optimization activities, including A/B testing, funnel improvements, and checkout enhancements. Find opportunities to increase conversion, basket size, and customer progression throughout the purchasing journey while promoting data-driven decision-making across key collaborators.
- Customer Experience and Journey Optimization: Drive continuous improvement of the end-to-end customer experience across iqos.com, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, conversion, retention, and loyalty. Analyze customer behavior, feedback, complaints, and NPS drivers to identify improvement opportunities. Lead improvements in UX/UI, checkout, and overall website experience. Benchmark against competitors and protocols to elevate iqos.com experience.
- Third-Party eCommerce and Marketplace Performance: Own and drive the performance of external eCommerce and q-commerce channels, including platforms such as Glovo and Wolt, ensuring sustainable sales growth, operational excellence, and brand consistency. Manage product availability, pricing, content accuracy, promotional execution, and stock synchronization across partner platforms. Build strong relationships with marketplace partners, monitor channel performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement channel-specific strategies to maximize sales, visibility, and profitability.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Previous experience in eCommerce operations.
- Good understanding of eCommerce platforms and related operational systems.
- Proficiency with MS Office package
- Proficiency in English and the local language.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset with the ability to translate data, into actionable recommendations that drive e-commerce performance.
