Your “day to day” 

 

As a Digital Trade Content Executive, you will contribute to the development and execution of content for digital trade platforms, in line with commercial strategy and sales cycles, with the aim of addressing customer needs. You will support Marketing Cloud (customer relationship management) activities across digital platforms, including digital trade engagement and eOrdering, in Serbia and other Southeast Europe markets, maintain the Learning Management System, support the development of new functionalities, and use digital tools to better understand customer online behavior and segments. 

  • Support Marketing Cloud activities for digital trade engagement, retail-as-a-service and eOrdering platforms, including the creation of customer journeys, testing of new functionalities, reporting and analytics on user behavior, bug ticket creation and follow-up with the Digital Product Operations team. 
  • Full REEV Media plan and tasking management support
  • Provide support for DTE retail engagement media planning and task management activities
  • Maintain Learning Management System audiences in line with specific business needs across conventional products, reduced-risk products and P4 business needs, and contribute to the creation of LMS content and testing of new functionalities
  • Develop content for digital trade platforms in coordination with Marketing and reduced-risk products teams, covering conventional and RRP products
  • Create monthly media task plans, task templates and audiences in Community Cloud, aligned with Trade Program contracts and sales cycles
  • Continuously track and analyze consumer needs and online behavior through Einstein and Google Analytics, translating insights into segmentation and content development
  • Support Southeast Europe markets with content development and Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud implementation through system knowledge and content sharing
  • Ensure all activities are performed in line with Philip Morris policies, procedures, Marketing Code, Code of Conduct, and relevant safety, security and environment, health and safety requirements

 

Who we’re looking for 

 

  • High school education required; university degree preferred
  • Previous experience with customer relationship management tools, preferably Salesforce, with exposure to journey creation, platform testing, reporting or user behavior analytics
  • Digital marketing experience, ideally gained in an fast-moving consumer goods environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management and Salesforce systems is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret digital behavior, customer needs and platform data
  • Project management skills and the ability to coordinate tasks, timelines and stakeholders across functions and markets
  • Good collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Marketing, RRP, Trade and digital/system teams 
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
