Your ‘day to day’

As a Digital Solutions Manager SEE, you will drive the development and optimization of digital systems and processes across five markets in Southeast Europe cluster (SEE), ensuring strong alignment between business needs and Smoke Free Products solutions. You will lead backlog prioritization, support key transformation initiatives, and deliver effective solutions that improve processes and customer experience.

• Digital Strategy & Process Improvement: Identify, propose and initiate Smoke Free Products system process improvement activities within the Commercial Organization, ensuring measurable impact on cost efficiency and operational effectiveness. Translate business needs into digital solutions aligned with overall business strategies.
• Business Requirements & Project Delivery: Manage Smoke Free Products business requirements mapping and prioritization across SEE in collaboration with Eastern Europe Regional Governance. Monitor project progress and ensure delivery in line with agreed standards, timelines, and business objectives, while collaborating with vendors on system lifecycle and upgrades.
• Solution Design & Integration: Responsible for Conventional Cigarettes solutions design and implementation for all programs and activities focused on converting Legal Age Smokers (LAS) to Legal Age Users (LAU) - bridging. Ensure full integration and alignment with Smoke Free Products systems and process flows.
• Resource & Stakeholder Management: Identify and manage resources required across all stages of solution development (planning, estimation, execution). Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration, including coordination of User Acceptance Test.
• Compliance & Integrity: Ensure all activities align with internal and legal procedures. Promote a strong culture of integrity, safety, and compliance across all activities. Ensure all solutions and activities are aligned with legal and corporate requirements.
• People Management & Culture: Lead and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with PMI values. Support employee engagement, development, and performance management initiatives.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory, with a preference for Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in identifying and delivering improvements across change initiatives.
• Experience in delivering digital solutions or applications to business stakeholders (e.g. Business Analyst role).
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Agile mindset and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team leadership skills.
