Your ‘day to day’

As a Commercial Organization Development Executive, you will develop and implement local capability development strategies by identifying skill gaps, designing actionable learning plans, and delivering effective training initiatives. Through structured training, coaching, and modern learning approaches, you will contribute to building a high-performance culture and supporting the long-term development of employees.

• Commercial Development Plan Creation and Implementation: Develop and implement local Capability Development strategies. Cultivate a culture of coaching and high-performing teams within assigned markets.
• Need Analysis and Capability Gap Identification: Conduct detailed analyses to identify capability gaps and training needs. Develop actionable plans to identify gaps and build required competencies. Collaborate with partners to prioritize and plan actions to bridge skills gaps. Develop training calendars and deployment methodologies.
• Learning Initiatives/Programs Delivery: Ensure timely and quality training planning, budgeting, content development, execution, performance tracking, and continuous improvement. Localize global training programs and create content tailored to team needs. Stay updated with industry trends and standard processes in organizational development and capability development. Support the rollout and deployment of remote learning solutions and integrate them with in-class and on-the-job development initiatives.
• Field Work: Maintain an active presence in the field, providing coaching and on-the-job guidance. Collect real-time feedback to refine learning programs. Ensure all employees deliver the desired omnichannel consumer experience.
• Cross Collaboration & Employee Engagement: Support cross-market projects aimed at boosting employee engagement. Track employee development through post-training evaluations, performance reviews, and feedback sessions. Provide inputs for talent management discussions. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
• Reaching organizational goals: Set, track, and ensure the achievement of critical metrics related to organizational development and learning effectiveness. Provide regular reporting to leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG industry on a different field role
• Experience in development of employees or organizational capabilities
• Proficiency with MS Office package
• Fluent in English
• Proactivity (agility) in work
• Coaching & Mentoring skills
• Good Collaboration skills
